About Me
I'm a dedicated life-long learner. I enjoy the learning process from start to finish, and the skills and lessons gained from the journey.
My passion for education and my knowledge and skills in technology led me to the wonderful world of learning design. I became a learning designer because I get the opportunity to understand the needs of learners and clients, and to build educational content that promotes efficient and effective learning. I believe the ability to help others learn is a gift.
In my free time, I enjoy computer-aided design, 3D printing, web development, woodworking, building and flying remote controlled aircraft, backpacking, and exercise.
My Mission
The field of instructional design provides me with a unique opportunity to utilize my design skills to help companies and learners who share my interests.
My goal is to design and develop enjoyable, efficient, effective, and visually appealing eLearning courses and video content that enhances the learning experience for clients and learners in the health and fitness, aerospace, technology, outdoor recreation, sports, automotive, tool, and higher education industries.
Why these industries? It’s simple. I’m a believer that having deep interest in the topics you’re designing for sparks exceptional work. These industries motivate me as designer.
